Gallery Rental Terms of Use

Terms of Use The terms and conditions for renting art gallery 410Gallery are set out here.
Please observe the terms of use when using the service. If you do not observe these terms, we may refuse your use of the service in the future.
Please read it carefully in advance and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

(Purpose of Use)
As a general rule, this rental space is intended for use primarily for art exhibitions, photography, meetings, conferences, etc. We strictly prohibit use for religious or political purposes, illegal purposes, or other unreasonable behavior.

(Opening hours)
Please strictly adhere to the usage time you have applied for. If you wish to extend your usage time, please contact us as soon as possible. For time extensions, an extension fee will be charged as stated in the separate price list. However, please note that we may decline your request for an extension if it would cause inconvenience to the next user. Usage time includes preparation, cleanup, and checking time. Please finish cleaning up 10 minutes before leaving the room, and return the room to its original state after use. You will be asked to check that you have cleaned up and inspected the equipment before leaving. When it is time to leave, please leave promptly.

(Carry-in/Carry-out)
You may use the elevator to bring in and out artworks and luggage. If you wish to use the stairs, please contact us in advance. If you damage or soil the elevator or common areas when bringing in or out, you will be charged compensation for the damages.

(Rental space usage restrictions)
Applicants may not transfer or sublease all or part of their right to use the rental space to a third party. If an applicant transfers or sublease all or part of their right to use the rental space in violation of these terms and conditions, their use will be immediately suspended and they will be stripped of all future usage rights. In addition, if any damage occurs to the rental space, the applicant will be required to pay full compensation for such damage. After accepting an application for use, or even during use, we may cancel the application or suspend use at our discretion in the following cases. We shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user in such cases.
① If the purpose of use at the time of application differs significantly from the actual use.
② If the information provided in the application form is found to be false.
③ When it is deemed to be undesirable from the standpoint of management or public morals.
④ Holding or using a content that requires authorization or qualification without having the authorization or qualification.
⑤ If you carry out any work or events (photography, posting notices, distributing printed materials, fundraising, sales, various solicitations, etc.) outside the rental space without our permission.
⑥ Violent or antisocial acts, or similar activities, or events hosted, sponsored or supported by organizations whose business activities are unclear.
⑦ If dangerous items are brought in, or if the bringing in of dangerous items results in an accident resulting in bodily injury, or if the building, rental space, equipment, etc. are damaged, defaced, or lost.
8. If nails, rivets or anchors are driven into the venue or glue or strong adhesive tape is applied without permission for the purpose of exhibition or decoration.
9) When noise, vibration, odors, etc. are a nuisance to those around you, or there is the possibility of such.
10. If it is determined that the number of visitors exceeds the capacity of the rental space and is causing a nuisance to the surrounding area.
⑪ Parking a motorcycle or bicycle, or parking a car in a non-designated parking lot, on the premises of a neighboring building, or on the street, etc.
⑫ If we determine that you have not complied with our warnings or have violated these terms and conditions.
13. Any other reason that is deemed to cause an impediment to the management and operation of the rental space.
⑭ When used by minors only. (Minors must be accompanied by a guardian or person in charge.)
⑮ If smoking is discovered in any area other than the designated area. (All rental rooms are non-smoking.)
16. Making loud noises that disturb other tenants in the rental space or neighboring residents.
⑰ If you post images or videos taken in the rental space, whether indoors or outdoors, on media other than those operated by our company without permission from our company, or reproduce images posted on our website without permission.
(Cancellation of License)
Regardless of the usage, if we determine that the usage is in violation of these terms, we will cancel the usage. In this case, we will not refund the usage fee received.
(Cancellation after reservation is confirmed)
If you need to cancel your reservation after applying for a service for unavoidable reasons, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Please bring the cancellation fee to our company within 7 days of cancellation, or transfer the bank details we will provide you. The transfer fee must be borne by the user. Cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellation fees From the date of application until 2 days before: No cancellation fee The day before use: 50% of the usage fee On the day of use: 100% of the usage fee (Payment of usage fee) The usage fee will be charged after use as soon as all confirmations have been completed. Payment must be made in cash.

(Disclaimer and Compensation for Damages)
We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage caused to exhibits or items (including valuables) brought into the facility by users or participants, regardless of the cause.

If service is suspended due to natural disasters, instructions from relevant government agencies, or other reasons beyond our control, we will not be liable for any damages.
- If you damage, deface, or lose any structures, equipment, fixtures, rental items, etc. inside or outside the rental space, we will demand full compensation for the damage.
If we suffer any damage as a result of your violation of these terms and conditions, we will demand full compensation for such damage.
・If an applicant for use incurs damages due to reasons attributable to us and requests compensation for such damages from us, we shall compensate up to the amount of the fees received. However, we shall not be liable for lost profits, such as opportunity loss, among the damages suffered by the applicant for use.

(Safety Management)
・During the period of use of the rental space, you are responsible for managing safety measures such as disaster prevention and crime prevention. In addition, the person in charge of use must be present at all times during the period of use of the rental space.
・For the safety of visitors and related parties, users should be aware of the location and use of emergency exits and disaster prevention equipment in advance in preparation for emergencies. Please check the rental space when using the space.
- Please note that we may enter the rental space if we deem it necessary for the maintenance and management of the rental space.
・Please refrain from bringing animals other than guide dogs and assistance dogs into the premises.
- If we deem it necessary for security reasons, we may ask you to move your luggage, equipment, etc. even if it is in use.
-No dangerous items are permitted to be brought into the rental space.

(Posting notices, etc.)
・If you wish to post any advertisements such as event information or venue guide signs, you will need to obtain prior approval as permission is required. We will inform you of the installation locations.
- Any posters placed within the rental space without permission or in any location other than the designated location will be removed immediately.

(Restoration to original condition after use)
After use, please return the facility to its original state before use.
・Buildings and facilities inside and outside the rental space
If we determine that repairing rental fixtures or equipment to their original condition would require actual costs and labor, we will request full compensation.
・When you finish using the space, please take away all leftover materials and garbage generated during the decoration installation and removal work. Please do not leave any garbage inside or outside the rental space.
・If leftover materials, garbage, etc. are not disposed of, the actual cost (1,000 yen) will be charged. (Regarding kitchen use)
・The use of the kitchen for sales purposes is strictly prohibited.
- Food prepared in this kitchen cannot be taken outside the venue and sold.
・Please be careful when handling heat equipment, knives, etc. In addition, we cannot take any responsibility for any accidents, injuries, food poisoning, or other troubles that occur during cooking, so please be mindful of safety and hygiene.
・After using the kitchen and cooking utensils, please clean them thoroughly and put them away in the designated place. We will check them after you have finished.
・If you damage, deface, or lose any equipment, fixtures, rental items, etc., please notify us immediately. We will also demand full compensation for the damage.
-If you are using a large amount of oil, please prepare the amount of oil you will use and a solvent to solidify the oil.
・If you plan to bring and use cooking equipment that consumes a lot of power, please contact us in advance.
・When cooking (using a gas stove, oven, portable stove, induction cooker, etc.), be sure to ventilate the area and take sufficient care to avoid burns and other injuries.
・Please bring your own kitchen detergent, sponges, scrubbing pads, and other cleaning and cleaning supplies, as well as other consumables (bath paper, plastic wrap, kitchen paper, dish towels, foil, condiments, etc.).
・We may refuse to cook the following types of food:
① Foods that give off a strong odor when cooked (some people may perceive it as an unpleasant smell) or food that leaves a strong odour. Example: Cooking strong-smelling seafood and dried fish. ② Cooking food that causes dirt to scatter or adhere to the room. Regarding tidying up ① Please wash cooking utensils and dishes within the allotted time.
② Wipe off all dirt from the gas stove, oven, and countertop.
③ If you are unable to finish tidying up within the allotted time, you will either be asked to extend the time or we will charge you 4,000 yen for cleaning the cooking utensils and dishes.
・Please take home any trash, leftover food, seasonings, etc. If we are disposing of your trash, we ask that you separate it into the four categories below and charge 1,000 yen for the trash disposal fee. Please separate your trash as much as possible, and put any items that are unclear what category they should be in together. Please bring your own trash bags.
① Ordinary garbage (food waste, burnable garbage, and garbage other than those listed below)
② Plastic (resource) * Quickly wipe off dirt and drain.
③ Cans, bottles, plastic bottles (resources) *Do not crush them
④ Small metal items (products containing metal with a maximum side length of less than 30 cm)
