2. Changes and Cancellations
For those applying with reference works
*Please submit images of your completed work, along with the title, size, and materials, by the application deadline.
If we wait until the last minute, we won't have enough time to prepare for the exhibition.

Changes cannot be made after the application deadline.
Cancellation Policy
・Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection, after that a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged.
・No refunds within one month of the event date
・If you cancel, your entry will be cancelled.
If you cancel, please join us again next time.
3. Photos and visuals of the venue

*Venue images will be posted on the day of the event, specifically on the first day.
★Many wonderful works are on display. Please help us spread the word on social media and other platforms so that more people can see your own work and the works of other artists. You are also free to use the main visual image.
Please note that we do not send venue photos individually via email or other means.
