Preparation for the work
[Work information]
After writing the title, artist name, and real name on a sticker or sticky note, write it in a place where the back of the work and the packaging material can be seen.Please paste it to. (free format)
Title cards (captions) will be produced by the 410 Secretariat.
[Return slip]
After filling out the return slip, please include it with the work.
Please fill in the return address and include it with the work.
[How to pack your work]
1.Paste the work information on the work and pack it with bubble wrap etc.
2. Paste the work information on the air packing and pack it in cardboard.
3. Paste the work information on the cardboard and attach the invoice.
*Please pack it in cardboard even if you are bringing it in.
*We will repack the item in the packaging materials it was sent to and send it back to you.
*We may not be able to deliver items packed in anything other than cardboard packaging.
*Can be used without a temporary frame or frame. If there is no frame, please treat the edges as part of the work.
*For works that require a layout, please include exhibition instructions.
*Attach a hanging string to the back of the wall artwork.
*Please remove the glass. Acrylic available.
For wall art, don't forget the hanging string. Please also check the top and bottom.
Delivery companies are busy.
Please make shipping arrangements at least one month in advance.

About the exhibition
[About exhibition equipment]
*Please prepare the necessary equipment for the exhibition by yourself.
*There is an exhibition stand for three-dimensional works. Please prepare if it is for exclusive use.
The power supply is located inside the exhibition room.
[Special exhibition]
*Special exhibits and 20kmPlease ask exhibition staff to prepare works that exceed the limit.
Please prepare exhibition staff for sharp pieces or pieces that require complicated assembly.
[Gallery rules]
*Works that make noise louder than water, fire, living things, or conversation cannot be exhibited.
*Exhibit changes cannot be made after the opening date.
*If there are any doubts about the originality of the work after it has been selected, the entry may be disqualified.
Be careful with driftwood and food.
[About sales of artworks]
*If you wish to purchase a work, we will negotiate with you at the 410 Gallery after the exhibition and sell it with a gallery sales certificate. We will charge you 40% of the sales price (including tax) as a sales administration fee, including the gallery sales certificate. If you pay electronically, we will charge you a 5% electronic payment fee.
[Sales after the exhibition ends]
We do not charge sales commission for sales outside of 410Gallery.
[Regarding the works posted on the 410 Gallery website]
When we receive an inquiry from a customer via the 410Gallery website, we will contact you to let you know whether the work is available, and once a sale is made, we will issue a sales certificate and charge the sales commission mentioned above.
Customers should contact the 410 secretariat for inquiries about purchasing works or the prices of works.

Meet at the venue at 11:00 → Check the endorsement with the 410 secretariat → Unpack your work and lean it against the wall → Write your name on the empty box and packaging and place them in the designated location .

There are many coin parking lots near the gallery.
Kawabata Expressway Parking is recommended.

*If you would like someone to bring it on your behalf, please contact the 410 Secretariat in advance.
If you bring in your work after 1:00 pm, the exhibition will be significantly delayed, so please be punctual.
If you request the office to carry out the work, a work fee will be required.

About Export
[Return/Export]
Return: Cash on delivery
If you would like to request a return shipping company (including packaging), please contact the 410 office.
*On the day of removal, go to the venueIf you are unable to come, you will be required to pay for the removal work (removal, packaging, and return shipping).

Returns will be sent sequentially by the 410 Secretariat after the exhibition ends.

Please come to the exhibition room.
Please be punctual regarding the removal time. The gallery will close at 8pm.
If you think you will be late for the removal time, please contact the 410 office in advance.
[Removal procedure]
After the exhibition, packing materials will be placed in front of the artworks → Remove the artworks from the wall and pack them yourself → We ask others to help out .
For those who cannot come to the venue, the packaging will be done at 410Gallery.
[Export by car]
Please use a nearby parking lot.

The 410 Secretariat will return the items in sequence after the exhibition ends.

(1) Items to confirm up to one month before the event date
[Title change/work change]
*Changes cannot be made 2 weeks before the event date.
If the event date is last minute, the 410 Secretariat will not be able to prepare the exhibition in time.
[About cancellation]
*If you wish to cancel, please notify us after being notified of your selection.Please do so within 8 days. If you cancel within 8 days of being notified of your selection, you will be charged administrative fees (please refer to the website). For cancellations made within one month of the event date, the participation fee will not be refunded as the exhibition space is reserved. Cancellation before the exhibition will result in cancellation of the winning bid.

The gallery staff will handle the exhibition work, so assistance is optional.

Frequently asked questions
[Moving in/out]
Q1: I would like to request an importer (including unpacking) and an unloader (including packaging) myself.
A Of course it's okay. Please inform the 410 office of your arrangements.
*If you request the 410 Secretariat to carry out the delivery work, a work fee (see website) will be required.
Q2 Is it okay if the loading/unloading method is different from when I entered?
A: Changes are possible, so please notify the 410 office as soon as you have decided on the method of import/export.
Q3: What if I created a new work or changed the number of works, title, etc. from the one I applied for?
A: Please notify the 410 office at least one month in advance for changes to the work, and two weeks in advance for title changes.
Q4: What should I do if the work cannot be delivered in time for the delivery date?
A: Please contact the 410 Secretariat as soon as possible, as we may not be able to secure exhibition space or display your exhibit.
Q5 Who should I contact if I have delivery problems?
A: Please check with the delivery company for damage to the packaging material. The delivery company will contact the 410 office.
[Exhibition]
Q6: Do I decide where to display my work?
A: We have a work exhibition coordinator, so the 410 office will arrange the exhibition.
Q7 Can I put a description and profile of the work?
A It is not possible to display notices inside the exhibition room, but posters of A4 size can be placed at the entrance of the venue.
Q8 I have forgotten the details of my entry.
A: Please check the email you received from the 410 secretariat as the entry details are attached.
Q9: Is it okay if the wall art is heavy?
A: It can be hung up to about 20 kg. If the distance is over 20km, please contact the 410 office.
Q10 Can it be hung from the ceiling?
A: You can hang it. Due to the height of the ceiling, please let the 410 office know how you would like to display it.
