If you need assistance, our gallery can help with everything from reception and exhibition setup to return of your artwork. Please feel free to contact us if this is your first solo exhibition or if you have any concerns about doing it alone. We will listen to your concerns kindly and carefully, so please do not hesitate to get in touch.
410Gallery FUKUOKA
Located in Hakata, the heart of Fukuoka, 410Gallery boasts a privileged location just a two-minute walk from the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. Situated on the fourth floor of a 60-year-old vintage building amidst the bustling Kawabata Shopping Arcade, a district with approximately 12,000 pedestrians daily and around 25,000 on weekends and holidays, 410Gallery is a truly special space where the layers of time inherent in the old building resonate with the fresh sensibilities emanating from contemporary art—a space "born to showcase works of art."

1st floor: Berkeley (Hamburger Curry)
*It has been around for a long time and is famous for its delicious taste.
It's popular with performers at Hakataza Theatre and the owner of 410Gallery.
2nd floor: Takakatsu (Izakaya)
*This is a famous restaurant frequented by SoftBank Hawks players.
5. Usage Fees
Rental fee (tax included)
1 week (7 days): 132,000 yen
1 day: 22,000 yen
*Please allow at least 3 days.
*Includes water, electricity, and gas costs
*Student support programs are available, so please feel free to inquire.
6. Gallery Hours
Business days: Thursday to Tuesday
*Available for use only on weekends, such as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Closed on Wednesdays
*Same as the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum next door

9. Exhibition Rules
Exhibition rules
・Wall-mounted artwork requires a hanging string.
・Participants must bring their own equipment (power supply available).
・Display stands are provided; please bring your own dedicated stand.
Prohibitions
・Do not use nails or double-sided tape with a diameter of 3 mm or more on walls or display stands.
★Fumigation and insect control treatment must be carried out on any artwork that may contain natural materials or insects.
・Unprocessed works cannot be exhibited.
・Items that scatter or are granular cannot be displayed.
・Fresh flowers are not allowed.
10. Operations Management
Operation and Management
Please arrange and bear the costs of venue registration, printing and mailing of invitations, and communication expenses.
*Please bring your own guest book, writing utensils, and beverages.

Damage to or theft of users' belongings during management and storage. Damage resulting from disasters during facility use. Personal injury and property damage occurring during facility use. Damage resulting from emergencies.

We will lend you one key for the duration of your rental. A fee of 5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged for lost keys.
Soliciting personal beliefs or ideas is prohibited within the venue.
Regarding cancellations
Within 8 days of application. After that, an administrative fee of 5,500 yen will be charged, and cancellations made within one month of the event date are non-refundable.

Our professional staff will provide support for receiving, exhibiting, and returning your artwork for an additional fee.
