Introduction
Notification email of winning entries
You will receive an email approximately one week after submitting your application.
* No documents will be mailed from the secretariat.
Please reply to the email you received (notification of acceptance) with any questions.
★What to do if you don't receive an email regarding whether you've been selected or not
Check your spam folder and other folders.
If you do not receive it, please contact the office.
There have been cases where emails sent to mobile carrier addresses are not delivered.
Bank account information
Please make the payment within two weeks of receiving the notification of your selection.

2. Changes and Cancellations
For those applying with a sample work
Please submit your completed work to the secretariat by the submission deadline.
Changes cannot be made after the application deadline.

- Within 8 days of receiving the notification email, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged.
- No refunds will be given within one month of the event date.
- If you cancel, your entry will be revoked.
If you need to cancel, please join us again next time.
