Q1: What are the evaluation criteria?

Due to the venue's characteristics, the use of water, fire, natural materials, and hazardous materials is prohibited. However, we would like to exhibit as many works as possible. Please feel free to apply.

Q2: Are there any restrictions on genre?

In recent years, the range of expression has expanded with the rise of mixed media and other forms of expression, and genre classifications have also become more diverse. Please feel free to apply regardless of your genre.

Q3. What kind of gallery is 410Gallery?

In addition to providing opportunities for artwork sales, we are also working to create opportunities for our work to be exhibited in international museums in collaboration with the spatial art group TORAM.

Q4. Are the exhibitions at the National Art Center, Tokyo only featuring award-winning artists?

A. Anyone can submit their work, regardless of whether they have received awards or not. We invite you to exhibit your work at one of Japan's top art museums. We look forward to receiving your application.

Q5. Can I include a description or profile?

Informational materials ranging from business card size to A4 size may be displayed only during the exhibition period. Please note that these materials will not be returned after the exhibition ends.

Q6. What works require layout?

A. Please attach the layout instructions to the entry form. For complex layouts, please either handle the layout work yourself or arrange for exhibition staff.

Q7 What does it mean to have your work published on 410WebStore?

Your artwork will be featured for one year on "410WebStore.com," an online store operated by A 410Gallery. Since the online store is a platform accessible 24 hours a day to people all over the world, please take advantage of it.

Q8 What is an exhibition certificate?

We provide documentation certifying that a work has been exhibited at Gallery A. Please use this documentation not only as a record of your own activities, but also for selling your work and for future projects.

Modern homes are diverse, ranging from Japanese-style rooms and Western-style rooms to minimalist and unique spaces. "That's why the artwork we can display should be more free-spirited,"—this exhibition was born from conversations with customers about that very idea. We want to propose art that makes life a little more special, whether it's a piece that gently complements everyday life, a single work that changes the atmosphere of a room, or a three-dimensional piece that adds a playful touch to a space. We welcome a wide range of expressions, from quiet pieces that suit Japanese-style rooms to modern pieces that enhance Western-style rooms, and colorful pieces that accentuate simple rooms. Please exhibit a piece of your work that will add color to someone's everyday life.

410Gallery PLUS is located in Hakata-Kawabata, the heart of Fukuoka and a famous tourist destination, just a two-minute walk from the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. Situated on a street in a bustling area where over 10,000 people pass through on weekdays and over 20,000 on weekends, it has opened as 410Gallery's second location. Taking advantage of its high-traffic, street-facing location, it is an open gallery that values "accidental entrances" where people can casually encounter artwork in their daily lives.
