1. Exhibition of works
Precautions
• Wall-mounted artwork requires a hanging string.
- Frame not required; edges will be treated as part of the artwork.
Remove the glass from the picture frame (acrylic is acceptable).
- Participants must bring their own equipment (power supply available).
- Display stands are provided; please bring your own dedicated stand.
- If there are doubts about the originality of the work, the award may be revoked.
The section size refers to the artwork size, not the exhibition space.
Prohibitions
- Do not use nails or double-sided tape with a diameter of 3 mm or more on walls or display stands.
- Artwork that may attract insects cannot be displayed.
Items that scatter or are granular cannot be displayed.
- Solicitation and distribution of flyers are prohibited inside the exhibition hall. - Displaying QR codes is prohibited.
Displaying QR codes is not permitted.
2. Regarding the display of natural objects
Items that may attract insects or contain liquids or moisture cannot be displayed.
Driftwood, dried plants, bones, grains, etc.
Please fumigate or use insecticide treatment for the above.
*Items that have not been processed cannot be displayed.
* Items that scatter or granular materials cannot be displayed.
*Pre-made items are acceptable (please indicate "processed" in the remarks section if the item has been processed).
3. Works involving video, light, and sound
The exhibition rooms cannot be turned off. If you wish to avoid light interference, please prepare a darkroom.

Please take safety precautions into consideration from a fire safety perspective when installing and setting up lights inside the exhibition hall.
• Power outlets are located inside the exhibition hall.
Please prepare a 5-meter extension cord.
Regarding sound, the volume should be low enough to be heard with headphones or within the size of the designated area.
- If Wi-Fi or other equipment is required, please provide it yourself.
If you are requesting the secretariat to turn on the power, please make it easy for them to do so.
- All power will be turned off after closing time.
*A work with a complex setting
[Important] We cannot accept complex settings.
If you request the secretariat to power on the device, please ensure that the process can be completed in 1 to 3 steps.
Please prepare the necessary equipment.
4. Live Performance
Implementation is only permitted as stated in the application guidelines.
