(Usage time)

For extension of time, you will be billed separately for the extension fee described in the price list. However, please note that we may refuse to extend the period if it causes trouble for the next user. Usage time includes preparation, cleanup, and confirmation time. Please finish cleaning up 10 minutes before leaving the room, and restore it to its original state after use. After confirming the cleanup and checking the equipment, you will leave the room. Please leave promptly when it is time to leave.

(Loading and unloading)

You can use the elevator to load and unload works and luggage. Please contact us in advance if you will be using the stairs. If the elevator or common areas are damaged or soiled during loading and unloading, we will charge you for the damages.

(Rental space usage restrictions)

Applicants may not transfer or sublease all or part of the right to use this rental space to a third party. (Safety management)

・Please refrain from entering animals other than guide dogs and service dogs.
