Expressions that change daily are in the space that connects history.
The building is located in Kawabata Shopping Street, the center of Fukuoka. In a room on the 4th floor of a vintage building that is over 50 years old, culture and art gather and the story begins. The entrance is a chic space with black walls and a high white ceiling that retains the texture of vintage and modern concrete. People and sensibility resonate in the white cube created only to attract the work.

Special exhibition holding procedure

After submitting the information form, the 410 office will contact you within about a week and then arrange a meeting.
After coordinating the schedule with the 410 office, we will issue a contract upon mutual agreement.

If you lose your key, we will charge you 3,850 yen (tax included) per key.

■Please create a list of works (a list of works to be exhibited and sold).
*The list of works is free format.
* Please attach the list of works and send it to the 410 Office by email at least one week before the event.
* If you are unable to create the form on a computer , please contact the 410 office in advance .
■Title cards and captions are to be created by the artist.
*If you request the 410 Office, we will create the work on the day of delivery, asking about the work, title, price, materials, etc. Creation fee: 5,500 yen (tax included)

Postcard
■Please have the artist design and print it.
* Please consult with the 410 Secretariat regarding the number of postcards.
If you would like to request postcard production from the 410 Office, please check the details of the assistance provided below.

public relations
■ Both 410Gallery and the artists will disseminate information and attract customers through social media and the web.
*Artists are responsible for any advertising costs.

Reception and during the event
■Please pay for drinks at the reception and during the event.
*Please contact us in advance if you wish to hold a reception.
*Artists are responsible for preparing guest books and other equipment necessary for exhibitions.

Works contract
■When selling at the 410 Gallery, we will negotiate with the customer and provide a gallery sales certificate, so please contact the 410 office staff.
*A sales administrative fee of 40% of the sales price (tax included) will be charged.
*For electronic payments (credit cards, etc.), a 5% handling fee will be charged.
*The shipping costs for the works purchased will be covered by the gallery.
* Works can be shipped and taken home after the exhibition has ended.
*There is no sales administration fee for sales outside of the 410 Gallery.

Deposit of artworks
■If your work is accepted for storage at 410 Gallery, we will provide you with a receipt.
*This will be issued if we need to hold your work for future sales, such as consignment sales.

*Our specialized staff can assist you with everything from display to return at an additional cost (tax included). Please feel free to contact us if you require assistance.
Issuance of sales certificate

* A certificate of the sale of a work at our gallery. Includes an image of the work, its title, materials, and size.
Postcard production costs
55,000 yen
*Confirmation items: Title, text, design, etc. *Printing costs are separate

Unpacking, display and lighting costs
22,000 yen ( 13:00-19:00/2 people)
Reception fees during the event (payment, etc.)

*If you pay by electronic payment, we will charge you a separate 5% electronic payment fee.
Removal, packing and return costs
22,000 yen (18:00-21:00/2 people )
*The item will be repacked in the same packaging material as when it was delivered and returned via Sagawa Express.
Rental of electronic payment devices
Equipment usage fee, per transaction
*We charge a 10% equipment usage fee on top of the retail price, plus a separate 5% electronic payment fee.
