Please check your email to see if you have been selected.

You will receive an email from the secretariat within about a week of submitting your entry to let you know whether you have been selected or not.

*No documents will be sent by post.

If you have any questions, please reply to the email sent to you (notification of selection).

3. Things to check

Title change/work change

*Changes to works and titles can be made up until the application deadline.

If we wait until the very last minute, we won't be able to prepare for the exhibition in time.

Cancellation Policy

Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged, and cancellations within one month of the event date will be non-refundable. *Your selection will be cancelled.

Delivery Procedure

*The reception desk will be crowded, so please come with plenty of time.

 

① 10:30 Kawabata Chuo Building, take the elevator (it gets crowded) to the 4th floor

*Take the elevator (yellow door) to the 4th floor

・Take the elevator (it gets crowded) from the P4 Riverain Building loading entrance to the 8th floor

・Inform the museum of the name of the exhibition and proceed with the admission procedure.

 

② 11:00 Registration begins at the gallery

・Inform the artist name and reception number

 

③ 11:30 Unpacking the artwork

・Attach a caption to the back of the work and lean it against the wall (temporary placement)

・The exhibition coordinator will decide the exhibition location for the works after 2:00 PM.

 

④ 12:00 Place the packaging materials in the designated area and leave in order of completion.

・Please check that your name is written on the packaging.

 

⑤ 13:00 Delivery acceptance ends

If you have time, please do other unpacking work.
