About packaging of artwork
(both delivery and carry-in)

Packaging your artwork is important as it protects it and ensures that it arrives in your hands once the purchase is made.

Please make sure the packaging is easy to unpack and can be reused when packing again.

Stick the attachment paper on the back of the piece

Flat work

・For wall artwork, be sure to attach a hanging cord to the back of the artwork.

- If the hanging cord is not attached, installation equipment costs will be charged separately.

・Please remove glass. Acrylic panels are acceptable.

Solid work

If you are placing your work in an acrylic box or similar, please take measures to prevent it from collapsing.
