flat work
Wall artwork must have a hanging cord attached to the back.
If the hanging cord is not attached, installation equipment costs will be charged separately.
Please remove the glass. Acrylic panels are acceptable.
Solid work
If you are placing your work in an acrylic box or similar, please take measures to prevent it from collapsing.
★It seems that many people forget to bring the hanging cord.
Please make sure to attach the hanging cord as it is necessary for display.

03
Packing the work
We will provide the packaging materials.
If you are purchasing two or a series of works, please pack them so that the works do not touch each other.
*If you use boxes specifically for hanging scrolls or frames, we will handle the packaging for you.
04
Stick the sticker onto the packaging material
If the work requires layout, please pack the layout instructions together with the work.
* Be careful not to damage the corners of picture frames, etc.
*Please place cushions or other items inside three-dimensional works.

05
Attach the label to the exterior
Please tape all four corners securely to prevent them from coming off during shipping.
Large works (total of three sides is 250cm or more) and heavy works (20kg or more)
Please make your own arrangements for delivery (for shipping and unpacking) and removal (for packing and return).
*The exhibition office will not be responsible for shipping or returning large or heavy works, or for arranging for exhibition staff.
*The same applies to sharp pieces or pieces that require complex assembly.
*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that exhibition staff be prepared.
*When you have arranged for a company to carry things in or take things out, please inform the secretariat of the company's name and details.

★Examples of packaging that cannot be delivered
Packing with only air packing like the image may cause damage during delivery or may not be able to be delivered depending on the delivery company. Please make sure to pack in a cardboard box.
Also, if you bring or pick up your work directly at the venue, please pack it.
